I ordered something for a Christmas Gift. I realized three days later that they were charging me $100.00 for shipping. This was the same price as the gift. I asked for the order to be cancelled they said no as it had been processed already. They said the article was on it's way. I tried to cancel again in December they said no. They went ahead and shipped this parcel to me on January 4th. Had I even still wanted this this was a Christmas Present. I complained to them several times and it is hopeless to even try. How do I go about issuing a formal complaint against this company?
