I noticed that £119.95 had been taken from out of my account, did not recognise the name (neutrim.com) on my statement so when i researched the website it turned out to be Iforcemaxx. I ordered a free trial around 10 weeks previous to this, the webpage had no mention of taking any money from me several weeks later for a product that I hadnt even recieved! I have contacted my bank that has cancelled it there end and opened an investigation as to why I am being charged for something that I am not recieveing or would ever want to recieve with me being heavily pregnant! I finally got hold of a representative of Iforcemaxx days after trying to contact them were I was greeting by a very rude woman who told me I would not get a refund because the companies policy is that they do not give refunds and I cant return the items because you can not return health products... I have never heard so many lies in one phone call, I also asked to speak to the manager or someone above her which convieniately there were no managers or senior personal in the office that day (how convenient). I since have not been able to get through to the only number provided and my emails have not been replied to! I will certainly be taking this matter further and I will do my best to let any person I come into contact with not to ever deal with Iforcemaxx untill I get a full refund!
