Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, received email back with order confirmation. I paid in full via Pay Pal assuming this was a safe way of conducting business online. I didn't receive items in a timely fashion so I tried contacting Anne-shoes numerous times. After no response from Anne-shoes I contacted Pay Pal only to be informed that I had left it longer than 45 days to file a complaint and so Pay pal refused to reimburse me. I was very disappointed as I am a regular user of Pay Pal and allowing 45 days when goods are being shipped from overseas is in my opinion insufficient time to chase up undelivered goods and then report to Pay Pal. Pay Pal has insurance to cover such occurrences and I feel very ripped off by both Pay Pal and Anne-shoes. I expect better customer service from a supposedly reputable company such as Pay Pal.
