I ordered Bamboo sheets on 12-8-12 I finally got the sheets today1-3-13. The thing is they are not the sheets I ordered, they are $28.00 cheap sheets. When the sheets didn't come when they were suppose to I was told they would cancel the order and credit me for my next purchase. I said no, the money was to be credited back to my credit card. They said ok. 2 days later I look at the tracking number only to see my order is in transit. When I informed them the sheets were wrong I was told to send them back at my expense, send them a tracking number and they would credit me for my next purchase. From the time I ordered till today I must have at least 20 emails trying to straighten this mess out. I really don't know why they think I would order again. And the emails are all the same. I think they just use a standard form.
