I brought a puppy ebay classified from this lady i paid her upfront by sending her the money to her pay power account..$250.00 the first time and$250.00
the second time. Meetring were set to deliver th epuppy and she never show up. She took her telphone and pictures off of ebay. Her cell phone was prepaid and she had it cancelled
