I didn't send the $20.00 that they we're requesting to process my winnings. Obviously I am very aware that I would not have to send a fee if I had won the amount of money they are saying I had won. The amount they claimed I had won is $2,245, 189.00. The persons name that supposedly signed this Cash Prize document is Cole Smithson.
