I started to order from Pure Green Coffee but I closed out of the website before I finished placing my order. I tried to email them at " but it came back to me as a failed email address. They deducted the money from my bank! I figured it was a scam and I would never recover my money. I did finally receive the package from Pure Green Coffee this week. I haven't opened it. I will return the unopened package but I want to be assured that the $166.00 is put back into my account. I was not only charged and sent the 5 month deal for $148.00 but a single month's promo for $18.00. I just want this resolved. I have no way to reach this company to speak directly to them, which is what I would prefer to do, and I want my money back for an order that I didn't even complete to place. I tried calling 1-888-497-6012 and got a recording that it was an "application error". Respectfully submitted, Brenda Ripton
