This is a two company scam. The fist company Premium Marketing Systems 311 S. Arlington Hts. Rd. 847-255-2840 signs you up for 6 magazines. Then either a individual or the company i don't know. Gives you name, number, address and magazine selection to elite plus. They then pretend to be the first company and call to verify you magazine selection and ask you to reaffirm all you information.
This included all your credit card info when they asked for my ssn# and mothers maiden name in a thin guise of signing you up for the do not call list I got suspicious and asked why they need all that info and I refused and then he ran though really fast that you will pay 49.95 when he said that, I said thats is not what i agree too. 17.95 ever 45 day is what i agreed to he said then your order is canceled.
I then get a collection agency call sent by elite plus stating they will wreck my credit if i do not pay them 1298.72 because I re-nigged on a contract. That I never agreed to at all.information they got from me was through lies and deceit
Then I get my credit card statement. Im am bill twice by premium marketing systems for 17.95 (only suppose to be once every 45 days) and half the magazines were not even what I ordered. And once for 49.95 by elite plus which i had sent a certified cancellation notice within the three day cancellation period. Which then was ignored.
