My husband recieved a letter from ERS claiming to be collecting a debt for Kamparri Trading LTD saying that this collection agency had placed his account "for immediate collection action". He was asked to "please pay the balance due the ERS directly". The letter then listed many different credit cards they would accept to pay the "debt" and said he had 30 days to "dispute to debt" or else they would "assume this debt to be valid." The letter is then signed by a man named Jim Schultz claiming to be an account manager.
Neither myself or my husband have ANY idea who Kamparri Trading LTD is nor have we done business with them of any kind. I did a little reserch and found that others have been reporting this as a scam. If anyone has any further information on this company and how to make sure they are not able to come after us for money we do not owe them I would really appreciate any info. Thanks!
