Thought I was dealing with New England Patriots Official site, apparently not.
Ordered jersey and got no confirmation of transaction.
Sent e-mail to their customer service, got an odd, poorly phrased response "Good news for you that you had made payment sucessfully, and we will send you the tracking number as soon as we finish your order. If you have any questions, please contact us freely. Have a good day. Thank you for your support. Best regards, Customer Service"
On 12/26 $102.47 charged to my Visa card, saw the SZ Opener Technology name attached, did search and here we are.
Sent another e-mail requesting cancelation, they did respond saying "order would be refunded"... We'll see (oh yeah, their e-mail shows "worldfashiontrademall" as it's address).
If Visa has numerous complaints against this outfit, why aren't these scammers flagged with any possible transaction being rejected?
Do computers ever work to protect the little guy?
Canceled credit card and filing a "fraudelent claim" report.
