I called and talked to Ed I was told I could not get a refund for something that has already been opened and used. Finally I got them to give me a discount but still an expensive free trial. Then they would not let me cancel any feature orders at that time I need to call back in January around the 20th to try and cancel my requests. This company is a rip off. I think they should be shut down and not be aloud to do any business. They are just ripping people off at an alarming rate.
