Vapor-Core or Smoke 51 is a big rip-off! They advertise on the intrerent $4.95 S&H for starter kit of e-cigs. They send you a letter stating that you will see a charge of $4.95 on your account. Yea Right...
I looked at my account today and they charged me $99.67.
They weren't even worth that.
Don't fall for this Scam.
They use several names and god only knows how many people got scamed already.
