This charge of 109.98 appreared on my credit card statement it was never authorised by us. We do not know this company and have never dealt with them.
They claim it was for automatic renewal of a subscription for their services.
The services they claim were provided were to an email address that we have not used for seven years. They claim that this was an automatic renewal, that is interesting how many times have they just taken our money? The address they gave as ours was wrong and some of the other details were also wrong - How did they get the credit card information? We have filed a dispute and initiated a fraud enquiry. The company claims they will refund our money - but what needs to be investigated are past charges as well.
