I just finished reading the 15 usacomplaints.com already listed for Wax Vac, just minutes after having the same experience with the company myself. I just wanted to confirm the previous 15 reports as being completely true, the exact same experience I just had myself. As I have read many others say... I wish I had visited complaint FIRST, and will be sure to do so before any future purchases. Thank you.
