Just received a call from James with Travel Options. What a scam. It was typical bait and switch. The rep explained that I had received a $500 promotional credit due to having taken a previous site tour and was eligible to register for free travel valid for 18 months. He offered a 5day Las Vegas stay @ Blue Green 360 plus a cruise (Norwegian, Carnival or Holland) and an additional destination of my choice. This would cover 4 people for a mere fee of $297 with the credit discounted. I told him I could not commit until speaking with my spouse plus checking their web site which he said was www.traveloptions.Us.com. Of course he tried to push stating that the offer was for a limited time only. When I questioned what was the deadline he said he would inquire. Next thing I know there was a different voice who identified himself as Rick, Sales Director. I asked as to why I had been transferred to which he responded that he was there to answer any questions. I told him that I only asked when was the deadline and how could I get back with them. I also added that this seemed to be a typical sales move and that he must be the "closer". He said he didn't appreciate being questioned and he was removing my credit then hung up. Attempted to call back using my caller ID 678-538-1611, C and S Holding, but call disconnected. Needless to say... Never give any information, especially credit$ card to strangers.
