CBE Group The Dept has been taking money from my Socail Security check for 4 yars now to pay off an old student loan of $1500.00

I have been ny Socail Secuity since Almnost every month I get a decution of cash from same to pay on a old student loan. I was alway told student laons caary an simple interest rate of 3.5 percent. If this is the case thedare using companding interest, not SIMPLE INTEREST They have taking $1240.00 from in just 2012. I feel they are really rippling me off and I need someone to go to bat for me. As I am really poor. I am homeless and live in car becasue of them.
