Received a pair of boots for a christmas gift. They came in ripped and torn. I tried to contact the company twice, once on 12/25 and once on 12/27, no response yet. I plan on disputing payment with my credit card! Their return policy states that they will deducted $20 for shipping and 20% for commission on boots that were damaged... Really!!! I do not want to send boots to them without speaking to someone yet I do not want to wait and miss my opportunity!
