My green card was abbout to expire, so I needed to pay$450. When I tried to do it directly into the INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) web site, a Paypal web site appear without let me pay directly to the INS. After a few attemps, I click the Paypal window and finally got to the INS site. Before I completed the transaction, I was warned that $149 were going to be charged, on top of the $450 for INS. I talked to the customer service for the INS, they told me they were not using anybody to help customers to do their payments. So I called Paypal next, but they told me they did not take any payment from me. When I called the credit card, they had me fail a dispute form.
