Ordered Free samples of products and paid shipping and handling charges. Did not see the very fine print that stated I would be charged Full amount if I didn't respond within 14 days of ordering. Product was received 10 days after placing online order. It was received the day before Thanksgiving and set aside until after the holiday. Tried product with no results. Noticed extra charges on my credit card and found they had charged for the the full amount and 2 weeks later charged for a second shipment. Called and got a very blunt operator that stated I would have to wait until I received the new mailing and then request a RMA# for return and request of partial refund. Tried to convince me to continue with ineffective product. Would not allow me to speak to supervisor or claims department. Return shipping cocsts will be at my expense. Still attempting to reach a resolution with this company but getting the run around.
