We had paid full payment of over US$3000 to hire a car from Andrew Brown but it never showed up. Very concerned as it appears there are 5 other complaints has filed here and no one has had their money refunded either. Please help with any relevant information you may have to bring this company to justice to prevent future victims from falling into this disgusting online fraudster.
