I havnt a clue how i ended up taking this on-line survey (pop up most likely) not at all paying attention to whoever was giving it or what survey was about. I know that i completed it in a few minutes an was directed to a page that had many choices of popular magazines $2.00 a scrip for 1 year. I chose the nagazine (instyle 13 issues $2.00) should receive it in 4-10 weeks from the june 4th date that i took it. Receipt stated pleas alow24-72 hours for the order to appear in there system. Didnt at that time notice no phone # at all just a vague generic receipt with a contact address www.magcustomerservice.com. No reason to question anything as long as i had a receipt. Usually print all receipts with all online o0rders. Never ever had any problems with anything. The 1st scam ever for me.in fact after 24-72 hours we usually forget to check on things. About 3 months later i noticed the receipt and then wondered why i hadnt received magazine scrip. Already 12 weeks went by. I then started to contact those addresses that didnt work at all. I called instyle to see if they could help an no knowledge of order whatsoever or who gave a survey to get mag scrip so inexpensively. They said check your credit card receipts and look for transaction. I know i8 did at the time had a child support debit card an paid with that, i had lost that card and ordered a replacement. They cant give me aany statements on that accoun t because i do not have account # of that card. Its impossible to look up transaction history on closed account. I know i paid $2.00 because why would it let you have a receipt if i didnt pay. They just dont offer a r. Eceipt for anything orderd online prior to all info necessary and form of payment i would not have gotten to the page that offers a receipt to print..instyle was not helpful at all. They didnt want to be bothered, clueless of any type of magazine offer or survey. They have pathetic cust service. They should have just gave it to me an i probably would have renewed. I do have several scrips at this time an are stupid not to honor my order i would have faxed them the receipt. They would of had 1 more customer that never would have been there customer. Horrible business people. Tacky, cheap and rude. Dont ever buy there magazine. Still waiting for scrip to arrive and will never accept that i didnt legitimately did everything i was supposed to do and got zero. How dare someone rip-off people like that. I hope others can tell me anything at all about this matter. I am sure they are packed up an gone and probably didnt even make enuf to never scam again. They are total dumb, lowlife, deadbeat, drug addicts, high school drop-outs that sit an think of ways to rip-off people. My 1st and last scam. Lukily. I hope.
