Hi, I received a 589$ payment on SolidTrustPay in the beginning of December. So I tried to withdraw the money, in many different ways, without success. First of all I tried with a debit card, but they told me that italian prepaid cards are not allowed. So I tried with a credit card, but the result was the same problem.
Last week I decided to set my bank account as way of payment (and I'm really frightened because I don't know the reliability of this company) but today, almost a month after the day I received the payment, I didn't manage to withdraw my money yet.
I opened three different tickets, but they gave me generic answers which didn't solve my problem.
So, by now my money are lost.
