I reported this ripoff to the state attorney general in my home state who then forwarded it to AZ SAG. I received a couple of follow up letters. They finally got put down as that company, so beware of them starting something new under another or similar name. The game will be the same! Because they string you along it is difficult to get your credit card company to help you.By the time you realize you have been ripped off, it's usually too late.
Make sure all of you write to your home state SAG. These will then be forwarded in time to AZ SAG. This is more powerful coming from another state's SAG than from just individuals. At some point, it will become clear this is a national scam and perhaps the Fed AG will arrest these folks. If they haven't blow all our $, there may be hope in recouping something.
