Globe7 Voip Service Closed. I Have Balance $100 In My Account

Globe7 is Voip protocol. It was provoided Internet calling service. I was hold accound around 5 Years. So far i have been recharged $500. Now i have balance around $100 but i coun't make any call or not able to check my balance. The service is not workking. I sent so many mails to customer supportbut no reply. Please help me get back my money back.
