Today on 12/21 at 5:00 P.M., I received a brown express notice envelope from FAA who stated I must initial and return prior to midnight on 12/18 which was three days ago! Initial and return the documents in order to receive my funds by a bonded federal carrier. This has got to stop. Especially when people like my wife and I are having problems eating and barely making it in today's economy. Quit trying to make our live's less hopefull...
