After ringing your australian counterparts for a full refund, as i cancelled my subscription august/sep, i was promised a refund in the form of a cheque, My visa was cancelled due to unauthorised debits to my account from your company. The call i made was on the 22nd october and was promised by the manager of the aussie store a cheque would follow. How long do i nees to wait for my refund. When you require payment you get it immediately, When you have to pay you take your time. Where is this fair. I will wait for response or i will take this issue up with dept fair trade as i still have receipts. Please rectify this problem sooner rather than later as i am a very very disgruntled consumer who is getting angrier as the days go by. Regards sandra
