A little heads up for anyone dealing with Kelly Fontaine. Kelly Fontaine can go into a screaming fit all he wants. But a little does everyone know that Mr. Fontaine's has a loop hole with his company and so forth. If he refers you to any lenders and they do not close the deal and meet your expectations then he is liable for the money that you paid into him. Turn him into the attorney General. Mr. Fontaine is the biggest phony there is. He will purposely take you as a client and he will also know ahead of time if you arent getting the loans. He will never tell you that he will take your money anyway... If you do business with him you might as well go buy a bunch of lottery tickets and take a risk that way because he isnt going to do anything for you... Luckily we recovered the money he owed us...
