Kelly Fontaine and Walt Weatherington took a total of 4,250 of my parents money. They promised a loan and kept promising them all the way up til the day it was suppose to go through. Then after it was suppose to go through they blamed it on her not getting paperwork done. My Parents did everything that was asked of them to do, I still have the paperwork. They made alot of promises they DID NOT keep. As soon as Walt Weatherington was told they were seeking a lawyer he offered to pay back some of the money. He also stated in a email that he found somethings out about Kelly Fontaine, he in the meantime went supposely with another lending company and no longer is working for Twenty Four Seven Funding. They took advantage of my parents based on thier situation. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated. I am in the middle of figuring out what went on with these two guys and seeking a federal lawyers help.
