I ordered two pair of boots on 11/27 and as of today (12/19) the order is still processing. I reached out to the company via email on 12/12 and they said that due to a strike in CA everything has been delayed, but they guaranteed delivery by Christmas or else I would receive a full refund plus a credit. Don't need the credit, cause I won't be shopping there anymore.
