I ordered 2 pair of UGG like boots on 11/25 with the promise I would receive them in time for Christmas. Being a widow I thought it was such a great deal. It's not a deal when you get ripped off. I have had email after email with them promising but not delivering. I did not receive the boots or as of yet a refund. I was told by Ron if they did not arrive by Christmas I would receive a refund and a credit. I was told due to a strike in California they were delayed, I was told due to heavy orders they were delayed. I was lied to by this company. I was also told by Cynthia that I would receive by Christmas still no boots. I know it's only $48 but it was $48 I didn't have to throw away. Now a girl has no boots and a broken promise of boots for Christmas. They promised so I promised and I have a broken hearted little girl!!
