I was called by one of the representative who later connected me with his boss (J. N) who told me that I will be given back my money if I do not think the program was the right thing for me. This was after a lot of discussion on how to pay for the class and that I have no idea of what to sell at all. He promised me that I will make the money even before the training is over. They were to train me 1hr once a week for 12 weeks. During the training they spend only 15 min and say if you have any question or problem call us which if you do, may not be called back at all.
However after 2 to 3 weeks I realize that the program was not my liking so I called them and say I do not want to continue and they said Ok but no refund since you signed the contract and ought to cancel only within three days after signing the contract. I said your boss even gave me his personal cellphone after our discussion which I realized was not good since he never replies my call. When he made this promise he even told me that the BBB gives them the best recommendation and that they do not want to soil their reputation which made me to believe him.
Now they do not want to give me my money back. What a scam. I have all their names.
