I sent for 2 "free" samples of facial cream, Mylevela and dermaJuvenate on 11/7. I was charged $3.79 for S&H.

I then cancelled the order, via telephone, approximately 2 weeks later.

I have been billed 2 more times:
11/29 $89.71
12/14 $89.95

I would like to receive a refund. I have notified bank, but didn't get thru to anyone live due to "large call volumes" ARRRRGGGH please help if you can~
