I check my account every morning online and this morning i noticed that I have been charged 38.99 from utell inc. I called the number that was listed on the check 1-888-657-4414 and the rep stated that it was a service for a fax that can be sent to my home and also to my email. I told the rep that i did not need or ask for the service. He told me that the service will be canceled and he gave me a confirmation number... He also said that he will see if i can get a refund... It will take 4 to 7 business days. Don't know how they got my account number.
