Purchased a spy pen from kijiji exculsive deals and paid for it through paypal and never received the item. Tried to email a [email protected] with no luck. Puchase was made in October. I feel that kijiji should be responsible for this as they let this fraudulent seller advertise on the site and use the kijiji name
