Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

On February 26th I purchased a used Ford Explorer SPO, it wasn't the car I wanted but the salesmen pushed the car on me. My payment is around 530.00 a month. On November 3rd 2004 I was served with a small claims notification for not paying the balance due on my down payment.

I had moved and had a forwarding address from the post office, I had missed court on 10/08/04,11/01/04 due I had not been served till the 3rd. I called and spoke with Barbara Anderson 'their controller' and stated that I had paid $1500.00 cash and gave it to an employee and that they had given me a receipt. She was helpful and stated that Internet auto had a problem with a past employee and that they had filled the small claims in error and would file for a dismissal of action, in which they did.

My complaint is that they did not try and send a certified letter or try to call on the phone prior to filing a law suite. I am self employed and make a living from dealing with the courts and offenders, this has hurt my business reputation. Our family purchaed three Suv's from them, and we have all had some sort of problems.
