I ordered an item online and received an immediate response to go buy a green dot card for the exact amount and email them back with the card number, which I did.
I received a response that the item would be shipped the following Monday and I would receive tracking information. I have never received any information since. They have not responded to my emails, my phone call to "Customer Care" goes to a voice mail @ 3:30 pm. Of course they have not responded to that either and I have not received my product.
