HI I had the same situation I ordered 2 northface products only one came. I tried to contact them via email and never got a response. There was no invoice just a slip on package from shanghai geo Industrial. My acct was debited that day for the 223.00. This is ridiculous we are losing thousands of dollars to a fraudulent company and a scam.
Also I was notified today that the website of northfaceclearanceusa.com is now northfaceclearanceusa.org they have the nerve to send me an email that read "we have a lot of discount. Order to 200 dollars make a discount in 5% off total. That alone is a red flag!
