Purchased a travel bag for 1 surfboards. I also used the bag twice, and the bottom protective air chamber failed. Now i have a huge bulge running the length of the bottom panel. The manufacturer provides a 5 year workmanship, and 1 year materials warranty. The customer support will NOT respond to any of the numerous emails and phone messages I have left. What a joke this company is.
