This Company tries to sell you a 5 year contract by phone and the person talking mouths off very fast almost to the point of not hearing everything that is being said, and is recorded. They got Pauline for $324.47 buy way of credit card. She tried to cancel with the only mail she ever got and was told they never received the cancellation. She also has MS and Can't understand fast pressures that require fast answers. This was reported to this Scum Company and was told to send a DR. Note that was done and would see if this could be settled. Finally with phoning them and all the time getting harassed by there Rude Service personal for being in arrears because her credit card number was changed, they canceled the contract. But GET this NO REFUND. THERE REASONING WAS THEY Just Don't give refunds. Readers Digest, Our Canada and Best Health of which never have arrived here. I finally phoned Readers Digest Customer Service and was told of a similar story in 2011.. Why Does Readers Digest Let this kind of a Company Represent them? Was told there was nothing Readers Digest could do about it. So Maybe Readers knows about this problem buy chooses not to do anything about it. I thought that maybe grounds for some compassion here but not. Its lets steal the dollars and just lie about everything. Very Very Disappointed. Sure Hope this Magazine Publishers Service looses there contract. Better would be to get a refund as She is on Disability and limited to what she can do...
