The last report is identical to mine. I agreed to a $9.99 charge on my Credit card was billed and then another $98.00 charge appeared on 12/10 as pending for the same transaction.
I contacted this company and was told by their customer servise representitive that the only way to resolve the issue was to contact their billing department. She also told me that i had not read the "fine print" within the offer it was my fault! The "free" shipping only offer was only if the order was placed within 14 days! I have sent emails to billing and support hoping to have the charges reversed or money returned to me by check... THIS stie is linked to Qiubids it will be a pop-up as you access thier site...
