Retained them in July to obtain expedited waiver. Finally contacted them on September 26. Advised that I needed electronic fingerprints and to fill in one of their forms. They was done two days later.
No response to voice mails - voicebox is always full. No response to e-mails to company e-mail, Alex Keeling directly and two recent ones to Carla Lopez and Edith Schlosser.
Visted their office which is a rent an office complex with two receptionists. After an hour got Carla Lopez on the phone. I was not allowed to talk to her. My file was in front of her and she assured the receptionist that she would call me. No call and no responses period. I even got a voice mail message to them. That was two weeks ago.
I am pursuing various courses of action to get my money back including the media. We have an excellent paper which loves exposing scam artists.
