A pending charge appeared on my credit card today for $17.94. I have never heard of this company, so I checked out their website. This is definitely something I would never have signed up for, so I immediately tried to call them. Even though my call was within their stated hours of operation, there was only a recording and instructions to leave a message. I contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge but have to wait until it actually posts to my account (2 -3 days). I saw other complaints for the same thing on the company website - it appears they somehow get credit card numbers and start charging this monthly "subscription" fee. If I do not receive a call back from them today, I will file charges of credit card theft.
