A representative called offering to get me in this shopping club that can save money at the many restaurants. After a day of signing up, I see these minimal charges on my account so I called the company. First, you can't hear them. It's as if they are whispering on the phone. I called to cancel and the rep is telling me that I cannot and said if I wanted to cancel I had to pay $19.95 on top of the $25 already spent. I became very livid and asked what happened to my introduction packet and they assured me that it took 6-8 weeks to arrive. Also, the rep quickly reminds me that I will be getting a Walmart gift card. I reminded her that her policy was that I could cancel within thirty days and that I no longer wished to continue with this program. I called again on Dec 1st and spoke to Michelle and was told that my account was cancelled. Today Dec 12th I see another $4.95 charge. I am going to my bank tomorrow. Please hang up on these people when they call. Whatever happened to the do-not-call plan... It needs to be renacted.
