I am in the same boat. They are not returning my emails after had won 2 items a month ago and still no sign of them. Apparently one is out of stock and the other has not arrived since Nov. 9. Very sad that a company will do anyting for your money with no follow up. I will do my best to get the word out for people not to do any business with this company.
