My name's Joe and After reading about other complaints, I decided to add mine as well. Another person had the same "winning code" I did and I knew it was a scam.
I got a text message from a 214-984-0217 number telling me to go to the website because my entry last month had won. The winning code was74637 which is the exact same code another complaintant wrote with a different phone number. I never went to Target last month nor did I enter any contest.
