Recently, I placed an order for a dvd boxed set of my favorite show - Nash Bridges. The package arrived as expected and was in mint condition. But when I checked it out, I found out that there are three discs that aren't working properly on my player. So I immediately informed them about my concern and they sent me the replacements after more than a week. I want to commend the site for its quick response to my problem. So far, all of the discs are playing great, allowing me to enjoy every episode of this classic tv show.
