I was approached by Joel Rocco/Rocco Joel/Joel Rosenstein (changes his name to avoid debt collectors or baby momma's finding him!) from our New York Jets group here in San Diego asking me, as a friend of the group, if I'd rent my spare master bedroom to him as he's getting out of a "bad marriage" (his words and, apparently NOT true!) and doesn't have any money without charging him a deposit while he gets his life together. I wasn't comfortable with it but did remember people taking chances on me when I was down and I never forgot and was always grateful so I agreed if he'd pay his bills immediately and not screw me down the road. "No problem, no problem!" he tells me so, for the next 18 months, I lived with an inconsiderate, rude, selfish a*hole who never paid his bills until they were about to cut off our cable or gas & electric before he'd come up with money. Yet, he always had money for booze and smokes and he drank and smoked all day, every day.
After he lived here for just over a year; I realized by accident that our internet charges were on my phone bill. I pay my bills ahead of time so, at the end of each year, I don't have any bills for the Christmas holidays so I noticed after the holidays that my phone bill, instead of being zero, was nearly $100.00! I called and found out that all the internet charges ended up on my phone bill. I approached Rocco and that's when he showed his scumbag side... Which is his true self... And told me "You fucked up, too bad". I helped this guy out, allowed him to move into my home without a deposit as a favor and he f*ks me over? He refused to pay me anything until his business partner had a talk with him and, basically, asked him to not be the scumbag he truly is and, originally, he agreed to pay me the (approx) $1,000 in back bills for the past year but then, instead of paying me, moved out and stuck me for the bills and has never even tried to make this right.
Do not EVER trust this man! He's a scumbag who goes around telling every woman he gets his hands on that he loves them so he can live off them and has moved in with about 20 women in the past couple of years. He gets thrown out as soon as they realize he's a unemployed, lazy, using, rude, smoking, drinking, unfaithful, selfish, low-life piece of sh*!
Rocco is a taker who is not interested in anything in life unless it serves him and his purposes. Rocco pretends to be a mafia/Tony Soprano/Andrew Dice Clay Italian but his real name is Joel Rosenstein and he goes by Rocco and tries to pretend he's a tough guy but, actually, he's a leech on society who uses everyone.
He's borrowed money from several members of the SDJetsFans.com group and has never paid any of them any of the money as far as they've said to me. They've chalked it up to being ripped off by a scumbag and that's exactly what Rocco is! Scumbag! Piece of Sh*, scumbag, low-life, garbage a*hole!
