I am writing this report hopefully to be an advocate for women that may fall prey to this individual.
Rocco Joel, (AKA Joel Rosenstein) is someone who can't be trusted. He meets women through online dating and then tells them multiple lies to sway them from their good judgement. Once he has his victim cornered he slowly starts to move into their homes. Only to temporarily use them until he finds another one. Then he tries to manipulate the situation more by blaming everyone else.
Once he is in, he doesn't pay rent or bills. He makes up every excuse possible to keep from having to pay for his responsibilities. He will always have a reason for not paying you.
He lived with me for 3 months and paid a whole $400. My Rent is $800. So $400 doesn't cut it.
He also ran up my SDGE bill by bringing in an air conditioning unit. My bill went from $25 to $120. He agreed to pay 1/2 of what he owed for the SDGE bill. I've yet to see a penny of that money.
Shortly after moving in, he was caught trying to hook up with another victim. She had no idea he was living with me. Luckily for her I was able to tell her the truth.
This is a very dangerous man because he takes advantage of innocent women. He plays on their emotions and then takes complete advantage of them.
I have gone without a television for a month as well because he gave my tv away (to the ex-wife) it is yet to be replaced with everything that I had previously so that I can at least watch tv.
This man will be a major Casonova, sweep you off your feet and then kick you when you're down.
Use caution with this man as he will not only go out of his way to make you feel special, he will also be looking for his next person that he will dump you for, More than likely because she may have a better set up than you.
Loaning him money should be out of the question too. Protect yourself.
I have found other Ripped Off reports about him as well. When he was confronted about his 2nd child (which he never told me about) I was in shock that he lied about having more than one child.
I am hoping that by writing this report it will allow others to see who they are dealing with.
