I have been a consumer of accountnow, inc going on a year, now and i cannot believe what you guys are doing to me. How dare you take my money and block me from using my card, especially when i have given you all of the documents you requested in the beginning for verifying who i am due to the fraudulent activity that was on my account. As a matter of fact, @ first Social Security Administration, the merchant, fax you a copy of my license, social security, and a letter dated that they sent in the mail to me, to verify my address!!!
Then you said my I.D. Was to dark, which was my new I.D... Then i lost my new one the same day, and resent you another copy, but it was an old which you said it was expired and not Valid, Therefore on today 12/10 i sent a brand new one that was valid along with my social security and a copy of the letter that the head of the household whom i live typed and signed verifying my identity!!! My Goodness what MORE do you people want @ ACCOUNTNOW, INC.
So that i can get my money that has been in my account @ your bank since, 11/30. I am disabled and i have my rent to pay!!! I mean do your company even care that because of you soon i might not have a place to LIVE...!!! Please somebody, anybody HELP!!! And now because of the lack of not providing you with a copy of a bill in my name, which i dont have because i live with someone else. You are saying you are NOT giving me my money, and that i am going to have to have the merchant to file an Letter OF Adiminty... Thats crazy!!!
