Pgbinsupport.com charged my credit card $1.00 without consent. I told the credit card via online site and the amount was removed. I suspect they charge small amount, watch who disputes, and if not disputed will charge just a little amount. Imagine doing that for thousandths of cards, and making money. Sounds like a scam to me.
